2. OUTCOMES PATH DEPENDENCY – highlighting critical decisions which open up or close down alternative futures. It shows the best sequence to execute to build momentum and maximise early gains.

3. REVERSE ENGINEERED PLANNING – identifying ALL of the activities needed to deliver outcomes systematically by planning BACKWARDS from the future. So that everything gets done.

What can I work on?

You need to “bring a project” to work on. A work-related IT project or business initiative involving many people, an entrepreneurial venture, a product launch, or even a personal project. All of these are fine, and in fact, the messier or more unclear, the better.

While the teaching context will be framed as executing transformative projects in organisations, the same mindset, processes, and techniques can scale up or down and be used in an enterprise context or a personal or entrepreneurial context.
